Cirque du Soleil : Varekai in Manila 2011

Cirque du Soleil is a Quebec based company founded by Guy Laliberté in 1984 with over 20 shows around the world both touring and permanent such as Mystére, Ka, "O", Zumanity, La Nouba, ZED, ZAIA, Corteo, Kooza, Ovo, Quidam, Totem, Zarkana, Varekai, Alegria, Dralion, and Saltimbanco to name a few.

Recognized by their artistic entertainment, Cirque du Soleil has 8 key characteristics, namely: Acrobat Performnce, Acting, Art Forms from Around the World, Imaginary Worlds, Dance, Daring, Dexterity, and Grace.

Anyway, Cirque du Soleil : Varekai is going to perform here in our country from June 22, 2011 to July 10, 2011 at the Quirino Grandstand - Rizal Park, Manila, Philippines.

I'm pretty much excited to watch this because it's my first time to actually see them live. A little flashback... I have known Cirque du Soleil back in May 2009 when a friend told me about it, went to youtube, watched La Nouba's adorable diabolo sisters and made a blog entry about it :p
