>> 04 October, 2010
Alma is the first independent short film written and directed by Rodrigo Blaas. He has worked in animation for more than ten years in his country, Spain, and in the United States.
The film was recognized and showed at different film festivals. It has received great titles such as Jury Honorable Mention from Siggraph (2009), Special Mention from Fantastic Fest (September 2009), Grand Prix from Bradford (November 2009), Best of Festival (Animazing Spotlight (November 2009), Best Opera Prima from I Castelli Animati (November 2009), and Best Animation from LaShorstsFest (July 2009).
Alma is about a little girl you wanders off the streets 'til she peered into a window of a doll shop. Her curiosity led her to find something interesting...
Really creepy XD The animation is flawless. Great job to the entire crew :)
