Jessica Cox: A licensed pilot without arms

Jessica Cox is an interesting Filipino-American motivational speaker 'cause she was born without arms - a rare congenital condtion that puzzled doctors. But that doesn't stop her from pursuing her dreams. In fact, she lives a pretty normal life with the support of her loving family, she can actually do anything from driving a car, to swimming, acquiring a black belt in Taekwondo, and graduating psychology from the University of Arizona.

Like how cool is that? :)

But what amazes me more is that she is a licensed pilot! Yup a professional aviatrix :) If Amelia Earhart was still alive, she would've been ecstatic to meet and see her fly an Ercoupe - one of the few light planes made and certified without pedals, thus, making Jessica free to use her feet as hands.
